The project involved the safe removal of the existing chains and installation of new heavy-duty compensating chains to restore smooth and efficient lift operation.
All chains were carefully stripped back, securely fitted, aligned and fully tested to ensure optimal lift balance, reliability and ongoing safety compliance across the entire system.
Otis Belt Replacement — London

We recently carried out a full Otis belt replacement for a client in London after the lift became out of service over the Christmas period. Our engineers responded promptly to minimise disruption and complete the works efficiently.

Following installation and testing, the lift was fully reinstated and safely returned to service, restoring reliable operation for residents and building users.
Motor Replacement & Load Testing

The works were carefully scheduled outside of normal operating hours to minimise disruption and ensure the lift was fully operational for the start of the working week.

Following installation, comprehensive load testing and safety checks were carried out to verify performance, reliability and compliance before the lift was successfully returned to service ready for Monday morning.
